1. PARTIES & ACCEPTANCE
   Using the Service — including having software you deploy call the API —
   accepts these Terms. Under UETA / E-SIGN electronic-agent rules, deploying an
   agent = the principal's acceptance; each request and payment binds you. We log
   the Terms version in force against the paying wallet at each paid transaction.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
   Moltalyzer sells informational intelligence feeds for AI agents: Moltbook
   community digests (hot discussions, narratives, sentiment) and the Viral
   Advisor (post-virality scoring). We do not place bets, custody wager funds,
   execute trades, operate a market, or act as a broker or financial adviser.
   Signals are computed descriptive records, never a recommendation.

3. ELIGIBILITY
   18+ (or higher local age of majority). You are not sanctioned, not in an
   embargoed jurisdiction, and legally permitted to use prediction-market data.

4. PAYMENT & SETTLEMENT
   Pay-per-call via x402 (USDC on Base Mainnet, eip155:8453). No account or API
   key required for x402; a free-tier API key is an optional alternative on some
   routes. Payment settles on-chain per request against the advertised price.
   Taxes and network (gas) fees are the buyer's. Current per-route pricing: see
   /discovery and /openapi.json.

5. REFUND POLICY
   On the settle-early compute route (Viral Advisor, POST /api/moltbook/advisor),
   if payment settles but the result is not delivered, a
   refund is automatically queued (detect via a 502 with body {"refund":"queued"}
   or an x-refund-queued:1 header on non-2xx responses) — you are only charged for
   delivered compute. Free endpoints are never charged. Otherwise all sales are
   final.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE
   No unlawful use, no use where prediction markets are prohibited for you. No
   resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of feed content beyond attributed
   summaries. No circumventing rate limits, entitlement checks, or payment binding.

7. RATE LIMITS
   Free endpoints are rate-limited (typically 5 requests per minute per IP on
   /latest and /sample endpoints; a general 10 req/sec and burst ceiling apply to
   all traffic). A free-tier API key allows a small daily quota. Paid x402 calls
   are metered per request. We may throttle or block abusive traffic.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   Feeds, digests, and their compilations are Moltalyzer's. Buyer receives a
   limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, internal-use-only license. Attributed
   redistribution of digest summaries is permitted; wholesale resale is not. All
   rights reserved.

9. AS-IS / NO WARRANTY
   Service and signals provided "AS IS" / "AS AVAILABLE", no warranties. Signals
   may be delayed, wrong, incomplete, or stale. No guarantee of profit or any
   outcome.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    No liability for indirect/incidental/consequential damages or trading losses.
    Total liability capped at fees paid to Moltalyzer in the prior 30 days.

11. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
    Prediction-market trading and decisions informed by signals carry substantial
    risk, including total loss. You assume all such risk.

12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
    No uptime, latency, or continuity guarantee; no SLA unless separately agreed.
    Endpoints may be added, changed, or retired (e.g. paused feeds return an
    offline marker or 503 with no charge).

13. INDEMNIFICATION
    You indemnify Moltalyzer against claims arising from your use, your breach,
    your violation of law, or your agent's conduct.

14. OFAC / SANCTIONS REPRESENTATION
    You are not on the OFAC SDN or any applicable sanctions list and not in an
    embargoed jurisdiction. We may screen payer wallets against the OFAC SDN list
    and may block, reject, or reverse sanctioned payments and terminate access.

15. PREDICTION MARKETS — NO GAMBLING OPERATOR
    Moltalyzer sells information about public prediction markets only. We do not
    operate, control, or partner with any market, sportsbook, or gambling operator,
    do not accept/place bets, and do not custody wager funds. Prediction markets
    are restricted in some jurisdictions and to those under the minimum age;

16. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
    Governed by the laws of the operator's country of establishment (Poland) and
    applicable EU law; disputes before the competent courts there, subject to
    mandatory consumer-protection rights.

17. SEVERABILITY
    If any provision is unenforceable, it is limited/severed; the rest remains.

18. CHANGES TO TERMS
    We may update these Terms; the version/effective date and canonical URL will be
    revised. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
